Many thanks for the communication, the package arrived promptly today. 
I wanted to write and thank you for the all-round excellent service. The correspondence was prompt and welcome; the packaging had been clearly well thought out and had considerable time spent on it and the product itself exactly as described - a really lovely piece. It's the little things that make a difference and I wanted to say how much I appreciated these; the good quality letter paper and personalised sticker doesn't go unnoticed and the wrapping with tissue paper and string is a very nice touch. 
It's clear that you put a lot of thought and care into this business and I hope it is doing well. I hope you are all well also.
